Thierno Souleymane serves as the Student Integration Director for Guineans Succeeding in America (GSA). He is passionate about technology, mentorship, and student success, helping students navigate academic and career challenges.

Thierno earned an Associate’s degree in Computer Science in France in 2018 before moving to the U.S., where he completed ESL courses at City Tech. He later attended Brooklyn College, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 2021 while consistently making the Dean’s List.

His professional experience includes internships as a Data Analyst at The New York Foundling and Software Developer at Zillow’s StreetEasy brand, leading to his current role as a Software Development Engineer at Zillow.

A dedicated mentor, Thierno has supported students with disabilities and tutored Math and Computer Science during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through GSA, he continues to foster student integration and academic empowerment.
