NOUMSO F. KABA, CPA

Chapter Engagement Director

Noumso Kaba serves as the Chapter Engagement Director for Guineans Succeeding in America (GSA). She is a finance professional, real estate investor, and a passionate advocate for growth and empowerment. Noumso holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Haven and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in real estate and financial consulting. Noumso currently works as an Asset Manager at an alternative investment management firm headquartered in New York City. Prior to her current role, she was a Manager at Ernst & Young, where she gained nearly six years of invaluable experience, including auditing REITs and real estate private equity funds, as well as serving as a financial diligence consultant on major merger and acquisition deals.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Noumso is deeply committed to fostering meaningful connections and empowering others. As a first-generation American with Guinean roots, she embraces her heritage and works tirelessly to bridge the gap for underserved communities. Her dedication to documenting and preserving her culture led her to co-author The Manden World: History and Genealogy, 3rd Edition, a book she collaborated on with her father. Noumso takes immense pride in contributing to the preservation of this rich history, using it as a source of inspiration and connection to her Guinean heritage. Outside of her professional and cultural endeavors, Noumso is the co-host of Unveiled Mindset, a podcast that fosters enlightening conversations on personal growth, multicultural experiences, and building bridges between communities. She believes strongly in “lifting as you climb,” providing mentorship, tools, and resources to help others thrive in education, careers, and beyond. Her leadership in GSA reflects her commitment to empowering individuals, fostering unity, and creating a lasting impact for future generations.
