Prior to Ginjan, Mohammed worked as an advisor at a fortune 100 insurance and wealth management company, after which he joined a rapidly growing fintech startup as an early member of the operations team. Mohammed is proudest of having survived the trials and tribulations of being a young undocument immigrant in NYC; a period that became one of the most formative years of his life. Mohammed worked every possible job he could to make ends meet, learned to make every penny go further and every opportunity count. He believes that without the street smarts he picked up in that period, he would not have been able to survive the challenges of Entrepreneurship.
